THE ASK
Create a poster for the 2021 Posters for Parks show, an annual fundraiser that showcases artwork inspired by Minneapolis parks. The goal is to celebrate the beauty of these parks while raising funds to protect and preserve them. Each year, the show raises thousands of dollars to support the community-driven programs of the People for Parks Fund.
THE SOLUTION
My poster, Parkway, is a five-color screen print inspired by early morning walks to work. It's a reminder to slow down and find respite in nature. This poster design won the People’s Choice Award.
