Chain of Lakes

I was invited to create a poster for the 2020 Posters for Parks show, an annual fundraiser featuring limited-edition posters inspired by Minneapolis parks. The goal is to celebrate the beauty of these parks while raising funds to protect and preserve them. Each year, the show raises thousands of dollars to support the community-driven programs of the People for Parks Fund. My poster, Chain of Lakes, is a five-color screen print inspired by the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes Regional Park, a popular destination with kayakers due to its uniquely connected canals. This poster design was voted the People’s Choice Award and was also featured on a limited-edition t-shirt for the LoveMplsParks store.
