THE ASK
Create a poster for the 2022 Posters for Parks show, an annual fundraiser that showcases artwork inspired by Minneapolis parks. The goal is to celebrate the beauty of these parks while raising funds to protect and preserve them. Each year, the show raises thousands of dollars to support the community-driven programs of the People for Parks Fund.
THE SOLUTION
My poster, Night Swim, is a five-color screen print inspired by calm Minnesota moments at the lake. This piece is a tribute to those hushed, meditative nights by the lake—the kind where time slows, the air cools, and nature takes center stage.
