MetroPlusHealth Onboarding Video

MetroPlusHealth needed an onboarding video that helped new members feel informed, supported, and confident using their plan—without overwhelming them. The video had to be engaging, easy to follow, and visually dynamic while resonating with NYC’s diverse communities. I developed storyboards and custom iconography to shape an engaging video that builds momentum and creates a welcoming experience for members. Combining strong visuals with compelling and culturally resonant storytelling, the video both informs and helps members feel at home with their MetroPlusHealth plan.
