Open Enrollment Campaign
UnitedHealthcare needed a campaign that could stand out during Open Enrollment—a time when retirees are overwhelmed with plan options and healthcare decisions. They asked us to create a suite of materials that simplified the process, built trust, and guided members through every stage of their journey. As lead designer, I developed a modular visual system built around the headline “There’s so much more.” Each piece—from print to presentations—was tailored to reflect specific plan benefits and enrollment stages. By balancing bold illustrations, flexible layouts, and consistent messaging, the campaign stayed cohesive while adapting to every touchpoint.
